Registration conditions

Students must be 16 years of age or over. The parents or legal guardians shall assume full legal responsibility for students under the age of 18.

Payment

• Intensive Immersion Course (3 days)

A non refundable 30% deposit is payable 4 weeks in advance. Balance to be paid by Bank Transfer

1 week prior to arrival.

Payment will include all meals and refreshments and study materials.

• Online Lessons

To be paid by Bank Transfer on the day of the lesson.

Insurance

Authentic English Experience will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items nor for injury sustained during the language course. It is recommend that each student takes out a personal insurance covering them against any potential risks they may encounter during their stay.
